The City of Fayetteville is accepting bids from properly licensed professionals to bid on the annual bulk material bids for 2025 listed below. Any questions concerning the bidding process should be addressed to Kenny Fitch, City of Fayetteville Purchasing Agent, at kfitch@fayetteville-ar.gov or by calling (479)575-8258. Each bid noted as construction requires a valid current license issued by the State of Arkansas Contractor’s License Board prior to the bid award. An Arkansas Contractor’s License and a one hundred percent (100%) performance and payment bond will be required for any single construction project exceeding $50,000. Any bidder providing a service must be registered with the Arkansas Secretary of State prior to the bid award. Bidders shall be qualified to do business and licensed in accordance with all applicable laws of the state and local governments where the project is located.
