Site work for a water / sewer project in Mountain Home, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project generally consistsof furnishing and installing an 8'' X 6" Tapping Tee. 156' of 6" C900pipe and all fittings, valves, 94' of 12" Steel encasement pipe, commercial casing spacer every 10',2 casing boots and 4' bury AVK Fire Hyd assembly. The waterservice will be installed by theNEPWA. Installation of fire lineand 94' bore including encasement pipe, carrier pipe, and appurtenances for the Fire Station#2 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed to Mountain Home Planning and Engineering Dept. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Mountain Home Planning and Engineering Dept. in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Mountain Home Planning and Engineering Dept. as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by formal written Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect. The contractor will provide labor, equipment & material for installation of the project. The Project for which the Work under the Contract Documents may be the whole or only a part is generally described as follows: Fire Station #2 Fire Line, Mountain Home, Arkansas
