You are invited to review and respond to this Invitation for Bid (IFB) number 10202554 for Chiller Maintenance Service. The anticipated term of this agreement is three (3 years). In submitting your bid, you must comply with these instructions. For additional assistance meeting DVBE program requirements or inquiries about Small Business certification, please contact the Department of Water Resources SB/DVBE Program Manager via email SB.DVBE@water.ca.gov. The State of California, Department of General Services (DGS), Facilities Management Division (FMD) is procuring services for chiller maintenance and repairs pursuant to Government Code 14685 (a) as described in the Sample Standard Agreement (Std. 213) and Exhibits, The anticipated term of the contract will be for three (3) years. 2) Insurance: A Bidder must submit current proof of insurance for the following: a. General Liability b. Commercial Automobile Insurance c. Worker's Compensation A certificate of insurance (COI) may be provided as proof of insurance. The COI or proof of insurance documents will be named Attachment 8, Proof of Insurance, and be submitted with the bid. Endorsements to insurance policies are not required for bid submission. Endorsements to insurance policies are only required by the winning Bidder as indicated in Attachment 10, Sample Standard Agreement and Exhibits.
