Expansion and renovations of the College complex. The scope of the project includes the construction of a new 13,800 m2 additional building to bring together clinic schools in one place, expand their areas and balance the distribution of different categories of spaces. The project will also include the addition of 900 m2 for construction of a link between the new building and the existing premises, redevelopment of approximately 1,700 m2 of existing space freed up by the obsolete clinic-schools currently dispersed in the establishment, redevelopment of approximately 400 m2 of the computer department and redevelopment of approximately 400 m2 due to the link of the new pavilion with the existing one. The project will be LEED Silver certified. Note. According to the allocated budget the value of the project will be as high as $121,959,622. TIMELINE: Following the request for proposals 44540219 the owner has awarded an engineering professional consulting firm to provide soil and materials engineering (laboratory) services for the project of expansion and redevelopment of the Édouard-Montpetit Cégep school clinics.
