The project will also include the addition of 900 m2 for construction of a link between the new building and the existing premises, redevelopment of approximately 1,700 m2 of existing space freed up by the obsolete clinic-schools currently dispersed in the establishment, redevelopment of approximately 400 m2 of the computer department and redevelopment of approximately 400 m2 due to the link of the new pavilion with the existing one. The project will be LEED Silver certified. TIMELINE: The owner is currently Requesting proposals from soil and material testing engineering professional consulting firms (laboratory) for the expansion and redevelopment of the Édouard-Montpetit Cégep school clinics. Reference number: 20020068. Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2024-10-07. Proposals submitted electronically are accepted via the SEAO, with a document.
