Renovation of a retail development in Grayling, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 6,531-square-foot retail development.
Index No: 5407 DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Removal of the existing shingle roofing and replacement with a new dimensional asphalt fiberglass shingle roof system at the 12 Stall and Project Shop buildings, approximately 6,531 SF in size. Work includes replacement of existing wood fascia and soffit, and chimney restoration. Send the LEIN Request form, filled out and signed, by email to Daniel T. Smith at email address: SmithD76@michigan.gov. The email "Subject" must include (Facility Name, Project Name, Date & Time of Pre-Bid Walk Through Meeting). NOTE: An individual is only permitted to represent one bidder at a mandatory walk-through. Please email the Design and Construction Contract Specialists if you are having issues. Please include your online ticket number and any supporting documentation (i.e., screenshots) to Anne Watros (WatrosA@michigan.gov) and Don Klein (KleinD4@michigan.gov). You may be asked by our contract specialists to email your bid response. Emailed submissions will require DCD approval and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
