Disclaimer: In order to be eligible to bid, you must get a copy of documents from the architect, Cruz-Hogan Consultants Inc- McAllen Bids are invited for several items and quantities of work as follows: 1. 20,000 CU YD Excavation of Detention Pond. 2. Install 3,230 LF of 18"-24" RCP Drainage Pipe. 3. 11 Type "A" and Type "C" Inlets. 4. 13 Concrete Manholes. 5. Cut & patch pavement, 4' concrete sidewalks, 18" curb & gutter, etc. A bid bond in the amount of five (5) percent (%) of the bid issued by an acceptable surety shall be submitted with each bid [for those contracts that exceed $100,000]. A certified check or bank draft payable to The City of Alamo or negotiable U.S. Government Bonds (as par value) may be submitted in lieu of the Bid Bond. The City of Alamo reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. No oral interpretations will be made to any bidder. Each request for clarification shall be made in writing to the City/County or engineer no less than seven (7) days prior to the bid opening. Each interpretation made will be in the form of an Addendum to the contract documents and will be distributed to all parties holding contract documents no less than seven (7) days prior to the bid opening
