Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Wheat Ridge, Colorado. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Description Solicitation for a contractor to build additional office space for supervisors and flex office space for staff at our leased facility in Wheat Ridge. The construction project will modify existing office space within our leased facility to build four additional offices. This work will include the addition of new walls, modified and new electrical work, as well as modification to the existing HVAC and fire suppression systems. Additionally, two new offices will be built in the warehouse space that includes a structural ceiling and parapet wall for storage. One of the office spaces in the warehouse will double as a lactation room and include a sink and the associated plumbing work.
