The successful Firm shall repair the culvert abutment face on the culvert near 1201 Evans Mill Road, Fayette County, Lexington Kentucky (please see location map). The culvert face (abutment wall) shall be reconstructed with onsite stone mortared into place. The material in the hole/void will be removed, cleaned and steel rebar (#5 bar) shall be placed at the LFUCG representative discretion. The successful Firm shall repair the culvert abutment face and surface hole on the culvert near 2274 Elkchester Road, Fayette County Kentucky (please see location map). The culvert face (abutment wall) shall be reconstructed with onsite stone mortared into place. Once completed and allowed to cure the hole in the road shall be saw cut, with the edges cleaned and straight. The material in the hole/void will be removed and steel rebar (#5 bar) shall be placed at the LFUCG representative discretion. The hole/void shall then be filled with concrete. Successful bidder must agree to commence work within ten (10) calendar days of Purchase Order issue and complete the work within forty (40) calendar days of Purchase Order issue.
