The Contractor's performance under the Contract shall commence as of the date provided in the contract. The Contractor is obligated to pay invoices to Subcontractors providing products/services in connection with this Contract, as well as the audit; confidentiality; document retention; patents, copyrights & intellectual property; warranty; indemnification obligations; and limitations of liability ***Prebid meeting: Upon completion of the Essex site visit the group will then proceed to the Catonsville Campus, 800 S Rolling Rd, Baltimore, MD 21228, and then to the Dundalk Campus 7200 Sollers Point Road, Baltimore MD 21222. Please note that which campuses are visited next could change - the next campus visited will be advised after the Essex campus visit visit since driving time to each of the campuses will require some time.
