The purpose of this solicitation is to obtain firm fixed pricing and establish a term contract for the Calibration, Maintenance and Pit Cleaning of Truck Scales for the Solid Waste Authority (AUTHORITY) of Palm Beach County, on an as needed basis. All work performed to follow Federal, State, local, OSHA and AUTHORITY mandated regulations and specifications for the associated work. Small/Minority/Women Business Enterprise (S/M/WBE) Participation: The EBO Program Office has determined that no API shall be applied to this procurement. The Authority does encourage Small/Minority/Women Business Enterprise (S/M/WBE) participation. Questions and Answers: The AUTHORITY provides a specified time for BIDDERS to ask questions and seek clarification regarding the requirements of the solicitation. All questions or clarification inquiries must be submitted through Periscope by the date and time specified in the bid document (including any addenda). The AUTHORITY will respond to all questions through Periscope, that may include a written Addendum.
