The Senior Center of Boulder City ("SCBC") is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from interested and qualified Architecture Firms specializing in Design Packages and Construction Management disciplines. Our intent is to procure competitive proposals for the above-mentioned services, awarding a contract to the competitor who is the most qualified, subject to the negotiation of fair and reasonable compensation. Question Deadline 10/02/2024 at 10:00 AM PT SCBC is seeking Design Packages and Construction Management for the following project scope list: (approximate project size: 11,722 SF) 1. Replacement of the existing Exterior Roof, Gutters, and associated Sheet Metal Flashing that wraps around entire building 2. Replacement of damaged interior ceiling tiles (acoustical) 3. Replacement of exterior basement stairwell concrete with Type-2 or other mix that meets code requirements 4. Replacement of tiles on rear exterior wall of building 5. Replacement of broken pavers on walkway where needed 6. Painting of exterior stucco and flashing 7. Installation of New Electronic Handicap Accessible double doors at front entrance 8. Demolition & Dumpsters 9. Drywall/Studs/Tape/Texture 10. Electrical 11. Final Cleaning 12. Project Staffing 13. Payment & Performance Bond 14. Insurance This project is Federally Funded and therefore subject to CFR Title 2 Section 200.318-200.326 including Davis-Bacon prevailing wages, Section 3-Conflict of Interest, and Affirmative Action/Equal Employment Opportunity and other federal regulations This RFQ does not commit SCBC to enter into an agreement, to pay any costs incurred in the preparation of the response to this request or in subsequent negotiations, or to produce a contract for the project. SCBC reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any informality or irregularity in any SOQs received, and to be the sole judge of the merits of the respective SOQs received.
