The project will consist of construction of improvements, including: New South BNR Tank Improvements to existing North BNR Tank Blower Facility Improvements Chlorination Improvements Carbon Feed Facilities Alum Storage Tank Facilities Primary Clarifier Outfall Improvements Final Clarifiers No. 1 and No. 2 Improvements Site Piping including 30-inch Diameter and 60-inch Diameter Piping Electrical Power Supply and Distribution Improvements Instrumentation and Controls Incidental related work The Authority will award the contract on a lump sum bid basis. Bidders must be licensed as Contractors in the Commonwealth of Virginia in accordance with Title 54.1, Chapter 11 of the Code of Virginia (1950) as amended.
