The Government of the District of Columbia (District), Office of Contracting and Procurement (OCP), on behalf of the Department of Transportation (DDOT), is seeking multiple contractors to provide emergency snow removal, de-icing, and pre-treatment services at bus stops, shared bus stops, and streetcar platforms throughout the District of Columbia. In accordance with 27 DCMR 2402, the District contemplates award of multiple firm-fixed price contracts based on fixed unit prices, with a not-to-exceed amount (ceiling). A full list of bus stops, shared bus stops, and streetcar platforms will be divided among the number of accepted lowest bidders. The contract shall have a one-year Base period, and four (4) one-year Option periods. Please refer to section F Period of Performance for more details.
