Site work for a religious / funeral development in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a religious / funeral development.

Install approximatelly 2,000 linear feet of stick built 1 x 6 x 6 Shadow Box wooden fence. If you need disability-related accommodations, please contact (843) 918- 2170. Mandatory sign in required to bid. Contractor is to install a new 6 ft. wooden privacy fence. There is approximately 2,000 feet of fencing that needs to be installed. The contractor is responsible for project measurements. The work will be at Ocean Woods Cemetery, which is located at 2408 South Kings Hwy, Myrtle Beach, SC 29577. SCOPE OF WORK The specifications included herein shall establish the minimum acceptable standards for the work to be performed. The privacy fence must be stick built (no panels) with all pressure treated lumber. Fence must be shadow box style fencing. Fence pickets must be dog ear style, with the dog ears at the top. Fence pickets must be 1 x 6 x 6, with a thickness of 5/8. There will be (3) 2 x 4's connected to each 4 x 4, one on the bottom, top and middle. All post must be 4 x 4, which must be in the ground 24" with no less than 100lbs of concrete around each post. Post must be no more the 8ft apart. Contractor shall use 3" galvanized ring shank nails on all 2 x 4's and 2" galvanized ring shank nails on all 1 x 6 pickets. Contractor is responsible for all equipment, materials and labor to complete the project in a timely manner. The cemetery is considered a calm and peaceful place. As such, noise and debris must be kept to a minimum. Contractor will be responsible for daily cleaning of the work area to maintain the calm and peaceful aesthetics of the environment. The work area must be clean and presentable at all times. Hours of work will be Monday through Friday, from 7:00AM until 6:00PM. Daily communication with the Cemetery Manager or Project Manager will be necessary. Work will not be performed if a funeral is in progress (usually lasting 1 - 2 hours.) Contractor must have the project completed within 70 days from the time they receive the NTP.
