The major items of work include: Construction and installation of proposed wastewater lift stations, submersible pumps, piping, and all appurtenances, including generators, site access and electrical work for a fully operational lift station. The deadline to ask questions is 11/04/2024 10:30 AM CST Each bid proposal must be accompanied by a Bid Bond from a reliable surety company drawn to the order of City of Shenandoah in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid. No bid proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the bid opening date The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept the bid deemed most advantageous to it. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance, payment, and maintenance bond for the full amount of the contract.
