Housing Strategy. The contract period will be for the time needed for completion as indicated in the proposal, but the work must be completed no later than December 31, 2025. Evaluation and Award Award will be made to the lowest and best responsible offeror whose proposal conforms to the solicitation that will be most advantageous to the City. The City reserves the right to terminate the contract at any time, for the convenience of the City, without penalty or recourse, by giving written notice to the Contractor at least thirty (30) calendar days prior to the effective date of such termination Contractor shall submit invoices for services to the Planning and Protective Services Department, 320 E McCarty St, Jefferson City, Missouri 65101. The City shall only be liable for charges as indicated in the contract. Payment will be based on the work performed. All provisions of these specifications and instructions will be a part of the contract executed by the consultant and the Mayor of the City of Jefferson, unless otherwise expressly provided in the contract.
