Address: The EADS Group, Inc., 450 Aberdeen Drive, Somerset, PA 15501 Questions received less than seven (7) days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. The Project, which is located in Berlin Borough, Somerset County, PA, Contract shall include the replacement of twelve 6-inch plug valves, one 10-inch sluice gate, and the construction of a 16-8 x 34 x 18 high pre-engineered canopy adjacent to the WWTP Prior to the award of the contract, the successful bidder shall furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond to the Owner, in the form contained in the Contract Documents and executed by a satisfactory circular 570 listed surety, each equal to 100% of the total contract amount. Docs notes : The non-refundable cost of printed Bidding Documents is $250.00 (fee includes 6% PA sales tax), plus the cost for shipping, if applicable. Electronic versions of the Bidding Documents are available for the non-refundable fee of $26.50 (fee includes 6% PA sales tax). To access the electronic version, the Bidder must have a valid email address and internet connection. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids,
