The Project, which is located in Berlin Borough, Somerset County, PA, Contract shall include the replacement of twelve 6-inch plug valves, one 10-inch sluice gate, and the construction of a 16-8 x 34 x 18 high pre-engineered canopy adjacent to the WWTP Prior to the award of the contract, the successful bidder shall furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond to the Owner, in the form contained in the Contract Documents and executed by a satisfactory circular 570 listed surety, each equal to 100% of the total contract amount. Docs notes : The non-refundable cost of printed Bidding Documents is $250.00 (fee includes 6% PA sales tax), plus the cost for shipping, if applicable. Electronic versions of the Bidding Documents are available for the non-refundable fee of $26.50 (fee includes 6% PA sales tax). To access the electronic version, the Bidder must have a valid email address and internet connection. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids,
