Site work and paving for a civil project in Ottawa, Ontario. Design plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for paving for a road / highway.
Construction of new replacement sanitary sewers and storm sewers, remove/abandon the existing sewers as required and replace all existing lateral services to the property limits. Existing dual sanitary sewers on Bullock Ave and Elliott Ave to be replaced with single sewer line. Design and construct new watermains, remove and replace the existing watermains and all existing services to the property limits. The watermain on Rideau Garden Dr will be extended to Bullock Ave for looping. The dual watermains on Bullock Ave will be replaced with a single new watermain. Review servicing connected to the south watermain on Centennial between Bullock Ave and Rideau Garden Dr. If services are connected to this watermain, make recommendations on servicing to allow for the eventual abandonment of the watermain. Design and implement full road reconstruction including active transportation facilities and traffic calming features. TIMELINE: Design is ongoing and will continue through to Q1 2026. Project remains in schematic design has of July 2025. Construction planned for spring 2026. Updates may be available early 2026.
