The Contract includes all phases of building maintenance, citywide postal operations, and security services. The Contractor will be responsible for establishing and implementing a work management system to manage the total work effort associated with the operations, maintenance, repair, and all other services required herein, to ensure fully adequate and timely completion of the services. Included in this function will be a full range of management duties including, but not limited to planning, scheduling, cost accounting, report preparation, report management, inventories, warranty enforcement, and quality control. The Contractor will be required to provide an adequate and experienced staff with the necessary expertise to ensure the performance of the work in accordance with sound and efficient Class A building management practices. Orlando City Hall is a ten-floor pre-cast building with a basement, constructed in 1991 and fully renovated in 2016-2020, with approximately 256,000 square feet. The City seeks to obtain the most cost effective approach to properly and efficiently manage the facility.
