Demolition, site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Raleigh, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the demolition of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Project consists generally of the following major items: Demolition of existing building, tree removal, sidewalk construction, and installation of utilities and gravel pad for future prefabricated comfort station structure. Note that supply and installation of the prefabricated structure is not included in this project. Rather the contractor shall coordinate site work with the prefabricated structure installer. After Bids are received, the Owner shall evaluate them in accordance with the methods and criteria set forth in the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner/City Council reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all Bids. Unless all Bids are rejected, Award will be made to the lowest responsible and responsive Bidder, taking into consideration quality, performance and the time specified in the Bid Form for the performance of the Contract.
