Renovation of a military facility in Patrick Air Force Base, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to Installation of Environmental Control System in Bldg. 533 Room 104 Battery Plant at Patrick SFB FL as defined in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. The contractor shall accomplish the services listed in Section 3.0 of the SOW to complete the Installation of the environmental control system in Bldg. 533 Room 104 Battery Plant. Period of Performance: The period of performance shall be for one (1) Base Year of 12 months. Place of Performance: The work to be performed under this contract will be performed at Bldg. 533 Patrick SFB. The address is 1225 Pershing Place Patrick SFB FL 32925.
