The City of Tempe is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide tennis court cleaning services for 15 tennis courts and 1 practice court (hitting wall) at Kiwanis Tennis Center, located at 6111 S All America Way, Tempe, AZ 85283. The selected contractor will be responsible for routine cleaning on a monthly basis. This will involve a team of 2 to 3 trained staff members using only water and a water broom, with no chemical cleaners. Responsibilities include: o Cleaning the surface of all courts o Removing leaves, debris, and dirt o Ensuring court lines and nets are maintained and free of debris. o Removing debris from surrounding areas o Managing water pooling in 1-2 walkway areas to prevent standing water. The contract will be for an initial period of one (1) year, with the option for four (4) additional one-year renewals.
