Project will be completed 90 calendar days after the date of the Notice to Proceed, anticipated to be October 28, 2024. Question Deadline 09/27/2024 at 11:00 AM ET Any questions regarding the specifications should be emailed at least 10 days prior to bid opening to Randy Vankirk, Director of Purchasing at vankirkr@co.washington.pa.us or to Dalton Thompson at dalton.thompson@co.washington.pa.us The work for the Washington County Harmon Creek Bridge No. 7 project in Hanover and Smith Townships, Washington County, Pennsylvania, shall include, but is not necessarily limited to: 1. Excavation. 2. Installation of erosion controls. 3. Assembly and installation of pipe arch culvert. 4. Backfill of culvert. 5. Placement of Riprap aggregate. 6. Placement of 2A roadway aggregate. Bid offer must be accompanied by cash, certified check, cashier's check, bank good faith check, other irrevocable letter of credit or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the total amount of bid and made payable to the order of the "Washington County". Only the Bid Securities listed will be accepted.
