In reviewing the qualifications of a bidder, the City may consider a company's previous performance record and quality of service on contracts for similar work; and the City expressly reserves the right to reject the bid of such bidder if such record discloses that such bidder, in the opinion of the City, has not properly performed such contracts or has habitually, and without just cause, neglected the payment o bills or has otherwise disregarded their obligations as said bidder. The City is exempt from State sales tax and from Federal excise tax - do not include these taxes in your proposal.
