Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
MCTS seeks a Contractor to construct bus pads at specified MCTS bus stop locations throughout Milwaukee County, as well as procure and install new bus shelters and safety bollards on bus pad locations. The awarded Contractor shall source bus shelters from a single manufacturer according to the specifications set out in this bid. Contractor shall prepare and install/construct all bus pads in accordance with all applicable Federal, State, and Local ADA and other construction requirements. The awarded Contractor will install bus shelters and safety bollards on or around bus pads according to manufacturer instructions and provided technical drawings/diagrams/specifications. Contractor shall leave the construction sites in good condition, and dispose of any and all rubbish, soil, and any other materials or refuse resulting from construction and installation.
