The purpose and intent of this invitation to bid is to establish a rotating list of contractors who will make repairs on Variable Frequency Drives, on an as needed basis, county wide. This bid will secure both fixed hourly labor rates and firm percentage discount off of retail prices for parts and materials for the contract period as specified herein. Question Deadline 10/08/2024 at 2:00 PM ET Additional questions or clarifications regarding this solicitation shall be directed through online. The Contract Period shall commence on November 12, 2024, and end November 11, 2025. Prices and discounts shall remain firm for this period and shall include ALL freight and handling charges. For the purposes of calculating the amount of a protest bond, this contract is valued at approximately 250,000.00, excluding renewal options. This is only an estimate and the actual amount could vary up or down. The District will not be held responsible if actual purchases are less than this amount. The District reserves the right to award to multiple of the lowest responsive and responsible bidders who will make up a short list of Contractors to provide services. The district will award this bid according to whatever is the most advantageous to the District.
