A certified check or bank draft, payable to the order of Orwigsburg Borough or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and acceptable surety in the amount of 10% of the Total Bid shall be submitted with each bid. THE SUCCESSFUL BIDDER will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance and Payment Bonds, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price with a corporate surety approved by the Owner.
