Site work for a mixed-use development in Mount Morris, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility; and water / sewer project.
Michael Young Property, 11611 North Saginaw Street, Mount Morris, Genesee County, Michigan Description of Work: The Work to be performed at the Michael Young Property site includes, but is not necessarily limited to: 1. Mobilization 2. Submittals and Site Service 3. Excavation, segregation, stockpiling, backfilling, and compaction of overburden soils suitable for reuse as backfill 4. Excavation, transportation, and off-site disposal of soils grossly impacted by petroleum hydrocarbons 5. Removal of three (3) suspected underground storage tanks (UST's) 6. Purchase, transportation, placement, and compaction of MDOT Class 2AA sand or equivalent for backfill 7. Site Restoration consisting of purchase, transport, and placement of [gravel] 8. Provisionary Allowance for Unforeseen Site Conditions 9. Demobilization Sitewalk: The email "Subject" must include (Facility Name, Project Name, Date & Time of Pre-Bid Walk Through Meeting).An individual is only permitted to represent one bidder at a mandatory walk-through. One attachment is to be bid documents (Bid Summary, Bid Schedule, Bid Bond, Certification forms, Signature Authority, etc.) and if applicable, the other attachment should be Qualified Disabled Veteran (QDV) information (DD214, Proof of 51% Ownership and Proof of Service-Connected Disability) Do not wait until just before solicitation deadline to submit your bid response. Digital portal will not allow a proposal to be submitted after time even if a portion of the bid response has been uploaded.
