Site work and new construction of a museum in Irvine, California. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a museum; and for site work for a museum.
Plans call for a new Jack and Shanaz Langson Institute and Museum of California Art (Langson IMCA) tp be moved into a new facility on the University of Irvine Campus within the next several years. Per the owner, as of September 25, 2024, they have not yet selected an architectural firm for this project. The owner states that the project, including a budget and scope is currently undergoing rigorous review by university leadership. A timeline for design and construction has not been determined.
