The work under this contract shall consist of cleaning, necessary etching/grinding, preparation of concrete surface for application of epoxy flooring system, removal/disposal of rubber mat flooring in elevator/entry lobby's and necessary closing and coordination with city staff to keep the ramp accessible during the project. Pre-Qualification: Yes Scope of Work The work under this contract shall consist of cleaning, necessary etching/grinding, preparation of concrete surface for application of epoxy flooring system, removal/disposal of rubber mat flooring in elevator/entry lobbys and necessary closing and coordination with city staff to keep the ramp accessible during the project. Jefferson Street Parking Ramp, located at 425 N. 1 st Street, hasfourseparate stairwells and three elevators. The stairwell on theNEcorner ofthe ramp off of 2ndt St does not have elevator. TheParking Ramp is a six-story structure and the stairwells are all concrete with no existing coatings on the floor. At leasttwo stairwells need to be open and one elevator open and accessible at all times during the project. The Jefferson Parking Ramp is open 24/7 and is accessible for viewing the areas of work at any time.
