The Corporation of the Town of Georgina (Town) is seeking bid submissions from qualified and experienced vendors (respondent) to: Install a sixty-nine (69m) long asphalt multi use path (3m wide); Install sixteen metres (16m) of concrete sidewalk; Replace seventeen (17m) of barrier/depressed curb; Install tactile walking surface plate(s); and Provisional site grading at an existing estimated 81m multi use path from West Street to Hawkins Street, Sutton, Ontario (site) with the specific purpose to ensure proper drainage on the path, and to avoid pooling or settlements; An optional site meeting will be held on the date and time stated in Table 1: Schedule of Events; Respondent must meet the Town Representatives in front of 16 Hawkins Street, Georgina, Ontario L0E 1R0, Canada to sign in. The above will constitute the work of the project and any provisional work may be included at the discretion of the Town Representative; Work conducted as a part of this contract must be in accordance with the most current General Conditions of Contract (OPSS. Muni 100) and OPSS MUNI 1350, OPSS 904, and O.P.S.S.351 for sidewalks, OPSS. 310 for asphalt and the related documents referred to in each specification; and Work must be completed to the satisfaction of the Town Representative no later than six (6) weeks from the date of the Kick-Off Meeting.
