Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Indian Springs, Nevada. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
SCOPE OF WORK: The work consists of constructing a 8' wide AC trail with 1' concrete curb on both sides of walking trail with pathway lighting, furnish and install new 7,000SF nature themed playground area with natural building materials, nature themed climb-on structures/animals and boulder scramble of wall climbing facilities, swings, accessible sauces swings, benches and safety surfacing, installation of (1) shade shelter with new picnic tables a barbecue, trash receptacles, and enhanced landscaping, and lighting. Installation of interpretive educational signs and distance markers embedded in trail surface. Installation of fabric shade structures over a portion of the new nature play rea and existing playground with lighting. Installation of a 4-ft high I-beam and cable fence along the perimeter of the walking trail. ESTIMATED COST: $3,697,731.55 - $3,892,349.00.
