Scope of Work of the Contract includes construction of Detention and Excavation of Parkway Crossing Interim Phase I. The Project Site. The project is located in Fort Bend County Municipal Utility District No. 48, Fort Bend County, Texas. The site is located West of Fort Bend Parkway Toll Road, North of Lake Olympia Parkway, along Memorial Bend Blvd. For construction contracts over $250,000, the bidder shall submit either a 2% certified or cashier's check or bid bond of the maximum total bid amount. Make the cashier's check or bid bonds payable to the Owner. Pursuant to Texas Government Code 2252.908, unless an exception applies, you must be able to provide Fort Bend County Municipal Utility District No. 48 (the "District") with a printed, executed and notarized original of a completed Certificate of Interested Parties form (Form 1295) with the bid. Failure to do so will result in the District's inability to execute the contract.
