Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Irvington, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

The UCIA is seeking to install a multi-use sport turf field to replace the existing multi-use spork natural grass field. The UCIA also wants to include a walking path, lighting, parking lot expansion and a restroom facility. The Project schedule anticipates the commencement of construction of the Project (Notice to Proceed) on or about November 19, 2024 in order to achieve substantial completion, with a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy at a minimum, and ready for occupancy by the County by no later than June 19, 2025, which is 212 Calendar Days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. This Project is being partially funded through State and Federal Grants awarded by the State of New Jersey. The Federal Grant funding is through the Coronavirus State Fiscal Recovery Fund-G2023- 79 under the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021, P.L. 117-2, as amended. The Project is being procured as a lump sum bid proposal and the Contract will be subject to New Jersey's Prevailing Wage Act, N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.25 et seq.
