The Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh (URA) will receive bids from qualified Contractors for the Stabilization of one (1) parcel within the North Homewood Neighborhood of the City of Pittsburgh: 174-J-135, located in the Homewood neighborhood of the City of Pittsburgh, and all work incidental thereto required to complete the Pre-Development for Various Homewood Sites. The project involves structural repair and stabilization of the property at 710 N Homewood Avenue. The work includes design and engineering services, permitting, mobilization, site security and fencing, selected demolition, asbestos abatement, roof repair, masonry wall reinforcement and reconstruction, and other necessary repairs to address water penetration, rot, and structural instability. the objective is to restore structural integrity of the building and ensure compliance with Standards, Codes, and Regulations.
