Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % -- Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid must accompany each bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. A one hundred percent (100%) Payment Bond and a one hundred percent (100%) Performance Bond will be required of the successful bidder at the time of contract signing.
