The Work consists of installing a concrete pad, cryogenic piping, and Liquid Nitrogen fill station. This project will provide and install an automatic filling station on the North dock in the caged area outside of the 400 corridor and tie into the existing facility power. Approximately 355 Linear Feet (LF) of 1/2 " ID X 2" OD vacuum jacketed LN2 cryogenic piping, and approximately 355 LF of 3/4 " N2 gas piping will be installed from the bulk tank to the North gas dock. Concrete bollards will be constructed adjacent to the concrete pad for protection of the tank. The gas vendor will set in place a 3000-gallon capacity LN2 bulk tank, LN2 Vaporizer, and LN2 Adjustable Pressure Phase separator on the pad provided. All excavated material will be loaded and disposed of in supplied ERDF cans. Duration/Completion: Project Complete ready for use, No Later Than, January 31, 2025.
