Description: Lincoln County is soliciting Sealed Bids for RFB 2024-1031 Offsite Water and Sewer System to Serve Riverbend Preserve from qualified contractors. The project generally consists of approximately 34,000 feet of 12-inch water line, one duplex, submersible sewer pump station, approximately 14,300 feet of 12-inch Force Main, approximately 9,400 feet of 16-inch Force Main and multiple crossings of NC-16 using steel casing installed by bore and jack.
