Saving Project...

Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Williamsport, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

Any bid submitted will be binding for 60 days after the date of the bid opening. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Bid. Bid security shall be released to unsuccessful Bidders within 120 days after the date of bid opening. Questions regarding this Invitation to Bid shall be submitted via the Messages/Vendor Discussions feature within online. The Lycoming County Board of Commissioners reserve the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, or to accept any part of a proposal without accepting the whole thereof, or to accept such proposal as they deem to be in the best interest of the County. The project consists of a renovation to the existing building as well as a new addition. The Lycoming County Coroner Building will be procured and constructed in one phase. The address for the site is 3341 Wahoo Drive, Williamsport, PA. The total project includes construction and renovation of 15,410 square foot which is anticipated to take 12 months in total. Construction duration October 2024 to October 2025 Question Deadline 09/27/2024 Questions regarding this Invitation to Bid shall be submitted via the "Messages/Vendor Discussions" feature within PennBid. Questions are due by September 27, 2024 and will be answered no later than October 1st
