Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Honesdale, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; and pre-engineered storage facility.
The Township of Cherry Ridge will receive sealed bids for the following project at 269 Spinner Road, Honesdale, PA, 18431. Bids are invited for the following project: Cherry Ridge Township Storage Facility. Project: Phase 2 Building 1. Post frame building 48' wide by 40' long - 14' high ceiling (1,920 sq. ft.) as per Structural Plans 2. Auguring/Digging of holes for post frame building as needed 3. Designed for minimum 50lb. ground snow load & a 115mph wind load. 4. Post-frame construction completely erected on the owners graded and level lot. 5. Framing as per Engineered Plans. 6. 26-gauge steel roof, 4:12 roof pitch, vented ridge cap, 40-year Kynar finish on sheeting. 7. 29-gauge steel siding, Kynar finish on sheeting. Trim with 40-year finish. Base trim installed. 8. One 3068 fiberglass entrance door with on guard frame, insulated, public access sill with lever handle, standard lockset & dead bolt. 9. Three 12x12 overhead doors, steel insulated, Model 8300, on one gable end. 10. 12" covered overhang at the eaves and gables. Color white. 11. Spray insulation of the walls to R21 and roof to R49. 12. White steel liner panel on ceiling. 2x4 purlins and white steel liner panel on interior of exterior walls. 13. All sheeting fastened with screw fasteners, 25-year roof fasteners. 14. 6x6 treated posts, .60 retention-cca. Set below frost level on concrete As per plans 17. Concrete under posts as per engineered plans. The bid must be accompanied by a certified/cashier's check or Bid Bond in favor of Cherry Ridge Township, in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total Bid amount. Bidders must submit with their bids all forms listed in the Attachments to Plans and Specifications. Cherry Ridge Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding process. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days. If written notice of the acceptance of this Bid is mailed or delivered to the undersigned within sixty (60) days after the opening thereof, or at any time thereafter before the Bid is withdrawn, the undersigned agrees to execute and deliver the Agreement in the form prescribed by Cherry Ridge Township or forfeit said Bid Security. State Prevailing Wage Rates will apply to this contract. The contract documents contain requirements addressing prevailing labor wage rates, labor standards, nondiscrimination in hiring practices, and related matters.
