Town of Elizabethtown - Request for Well Drilling Services Proposal. Location: Elizabethtown, NY Total MWBE Participation Goals: 30% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 6% Town of Elizabethtown is seeking proposals to complete a public water supply well drilling installation, development, and well/aquifer testing services. The Town of Elizabethtown, New York is seeking cost quotations from qualified and appropriately licensed contractors to complete public drinking water supply well drilling, installation, development, and well/aquifer testing services as described below. The company selected to do the work is to install two supply wells on Town-owned property at the northwest edge of the hamlet of Elizabethtown. The wells will be named PW-7 and PW-8. The supply wells will be sited adjacent to a six-inch-diameter test well, Test Well TW-L5B. Each supply well will be offset by about 15 feet from the test well, and the two supply wells will be separated by a similar distance from each other. The funding for the project is coming from state revolving loan fund and grant from New York State Environmental Facilities Corporation. The terms and conditions required will be included in this proposal. All Respondents must demonstrate capability to adhere to the following Funding Agencies' requirements online.
