Construction of new sanitary sewer on Normandy Cres from Valmarie to Inverness. TIMELINE: Preliminary design is nearing completion & the detailed design will be complete by the end of 2026. An additional public information session is expected in late 2026 / early 2027 to present the final design drawings and detail expected impacts of the construction in the neighbourhood and coordination requirements. Construction has been tentatively moved to 2027. Updates on design may be available fall 2026. *Approved project funds to date are $7.136 million.
