CONTRACTOR, as an independent contractor, shall furnish all necessary supervision, labor, materials and equipment, and safety equipment to perform the Work. The General Contract, when accepted by CONTRACTOR, shall be binding upon the parties hereto and shall incorporate by reference all the terms and conditions of this Contract, and shall detail the scope of work to be performed by CONTRACTOR. The terms of this agreement shall supersede all other terms. CONTRACTOR shall commence the Work as stipulated and agreed upon herein. No oral interpretations will be made to any BIDDER as to the meaning of the drawings and specifications or other documents.
