The City of Lubbock, Texas, invites the submittal of responses to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from qualified firm(s) interested in providing a preliminary concepts and cost analysis for construction of a new branch library facility to be located at Jack Stevens Park. This Request for Qualifications does not commit the City to award a contract, to pay any cost incurred in the preparation of the submittal, or to procure or contract for services. The City reserves the right to negotiate with all qualified respondents, or to cancel in part or in its entirety this Request for Qualifications, if it is in the best interest of the City to do so. Questions Due Date: Oct 1st 2024, 5:00 PM CDT No Statement of Fees for a Specific Scope of Work, Either Hourly or Fixed Proposal Cost, Shall Be Included With the Submittal. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
