Site work for a mixed-use development in Perryopolis, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.

The scope of work will consist of adding/removing material and grading the field surfaces Site Location: 108 Knox Street, Perryopolis, PA 15473, Fayette County, PA. Attention is called to the fact that funding for this project is being provided through the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Fayette County Local Share Account (LSA). As such, the Contract Documents contain many required state rules that may be applicable to the project, including but not limited to: PA Prevailing Wage Act (required for projects in excess of $25,000.00), American with Disabilities Act (ADA), Pennsylvania Human Relations Act, Pennsylvania Act 187 of 1966 (call before you dig), Pennsylvania Act 127 of 2012 - Public Works Employment Verification Act (E- Verify), Federal Occupational Safety & Health Act of 1970 (OSHA), and Pennsylvania Construction Code Act. Perry Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding process. Bids may be held by Perry Borough for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date of the opening of bids for reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifcations of bidders prior to awarding of the contract.
