The Town acquired a historic property located at 312 Cantril Street, Castle Rock, CO 80104 in May 2023. The project will consist of removing existing overhead service and upgrading the existing electrical service from 600-amps single phase to 1000-amps three phase with an underground feed. The existing building branch circuit panels will remain and be refed from the new service. Therefore, the Town is seeking qualified vendors to procure necessary equipment and connect the Cantril building to the new electrical service.
