Contractor must provide proof of full liability coverage to library director. Duties include, but are not limited to: Cleaning/dusting all surfaces, glass, & windows. Maintaining floor & carpet. Daily removal of trash, & recycling as needed. Cleaning & stocking restrooms, meeting room, & staff room. Mowing lawn & outdoor classroom, nature trail maintenance, & leaf removal around building. Snow removal on sidewalks, central pathway from parking lot to front entrance, & pathway on patios. Give special attention to building & grounds before & after holidays & special events. In absence, providing a substitute covered by contractor's or substitute's liability insurance. The library director & board of trustees reserve the right to accept or reject any or all bids. All are welcome to preview the library's 22,000 sq. ft. layout during business hours: Mon., Wed., Thurs., & Fri.: 10 a.m.-5 p.m.; Tues. 10 a.m.-7 p.m.; & Sat. 10 a.m.-1 p.m.
