Farnam and Harney Street Bridge Improvements at I-480 (OSA Package 5) Each respondent is responsible for taking the necessary steps to ensure their submission is received and complete by the listed closing date and time. The City/County is not responsible for technical difficulties and will not allow late submissions due to the same. Project No. 110023 As evidence of good faith and guarantee that a contract will be entered into should an award be made thereon, a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid must accompany the bid. Failure to do so will be cause for rejection. The City of Omaha reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. The Project includes the following Work: The replacement of the Farnam and Harney bridges over I-480 including adjacent intersection reconstruction (pavement, traffic signals) and utility work (MUD water mains, OPPD power ductbank, Lumen Local ductbank, City Sewers). Question Deadline 10/30/2024 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer through online. . Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
