Renovation of a municipal facility in Mahopac, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Reference Number 0000363687 The work shall consist of supply and installation of the following roof top units (RTU): One (1) 15 Ton American Standard Cooling RTU with economizer and roof curb adapter, on the roof of the Carmel Town Hall. This unit replaces an existing 15 Ton American Standard unit. One (1) 30 Ton Carrier Cooling RTU with economizer and roof curb adapter, on the roof of the Carmel Town Hall. This unit replaces an existing 30 Ton Carrier unit. One (1) 6 Ton Trane Cooling Rooftop Unit with economizer and roof curb adapter, on the roof of the Meeting Room at Carmel Town Hall. This unit replaces an existing 6 Ton Trane unit. All work that involves craning off the existing units or craning onto the roof of the new unit, shall be conducted during weekend hours when the Carmel Town Hall is not occupied.
