No definite date for the rebid.** The scope of work for the Construction Services required for the Break Room Remodel and for the Replacement of an Exterior Single Storefront Door consisting of, but not limit to: o Break Room Remodel: (Please see Plans for References at Exhibit "I") Demolition: 1. Demo existing kitchen cabinets and sink. 2. Remove the existing water ltration system and save for later. 3. Remove electrical water heater and save for later. 4. Replace the existing plumbing as needed. 5. Replace existing electrical outlet as needed. 6. Relocate existing refrigerator Construction: 1. Install new electrical outlets per plan BR2 for refrigerator, electrical range, range hood, microwaves, garbage disposal and for small appliances. 2. Relocate plumbing as needed. 3. Install new kitchen cabinets and laminate countertop at a maximum height of 34" above the nish oor as requested by AG Commissioner Department, and an ADA compliance sink cabinet. * Cabinets: Hampton Bay or approved equal / Door style: Shaker / Color: Java. 4.
